- Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Management or other relevant fields.
- Minimal 3 years experience as a Factory Manager / Plant Manager / Group Dept. Head.
- Preferably from Food Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Understand the principles of GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management System.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Make an annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH).
- Conduct, control, and evaluate operational activities (daily, weekly, monthly) to achieve targets.
- To review and analyze business processes to ensure the process goes efficiently and effectively.
- Control the procurement and use of raw materials, packaging materials, and labor as efficiently as possible.
- Directing and evaluating system implementation: Quality, Food Safety, Halal Assurance, HSE, Energy Management System.
- Improving factory performance continuously for system improvement and creating teamwork to achieve the target setting and quality goals.
- Responsible for the food safety and confidentiality of company documents.
