Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Manager / Head of Production in the food industry, especially snacks/chips (preferably with extruder, oven, and fryer processes).
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and Halal implementation systems.
- Understanding of project management skills (Operational Excellence, TPM, AM).
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, leadership, and teamwork.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Prepare and manage the annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH) in line with company targets and strategic plans.
- Lead and oversee all production activities across mixing, extruder, oven, frying, and packing processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
- Ensure product quality and food safety compliance according to GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and Halal standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize processes, including TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), preferably AM (Autonomous Maintenance).
- Collaborate closely with R&D, QA/QC, and PPIC teams for new product trials, production scheduling, and process optimization.
