Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC Supervisor in the Food Industry.
- Knowledgeable in microbiological analysis and analytical chemistry.
- Understanding of project management and continuous improvement tools such as Operational Excellence, TPM, TQM, and Lean Six Sigma, as well as food quality and safety standards (HACCP, Halal, ISO 22000, FSSC).
- Certified in FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Halal, and HACCP.
- Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Ensure quality integration in TPM to prevent defects and support optimal production.
- Manage and control quality standards for raw materials, packaging, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Oversee Analytical Chemistry and Microbiology laboratory operations in compliance with food industry standards.
- Implement and maintain ISO 22000, HACCP, Food Safety, and Halal Assurance systems.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards in the production process.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
